Lake Placid is a fabulous destination year round, and the Studio cottage has the amenities to match all the seasons. Keep cozy in the colder months with a heated California King-sized bed and a fire pit. And when it’s warm and sunny, be sure to relax on the lounge chairs in the yard between turns at the charcoal grill.
GO-Cottage is located close to Whiteface Mountain and Mount Van Hoevenberg for downhill and cross-country skiing; several gorgeous bodies of water including Mirror Lake and Lake Placid itself; and golf courses and oodles of hiking trails for when the weather is milder.
If you’re craving some food and shopping, Main Street is only a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute drive from the cottages. Even for its convenient location, the Studio cottage still feels tranquil and secluded. You can enjoy much more privacy here than at mainstream resorts.
