This cozy, romantic, newly renovated Studio Cottage is 400 Sq. Ft. and sleeps 2 people comfortably. It is very private, heated and has a stainless steal kitchenette with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, silverware, cups, bowls, saucers and everything you need.

Private bathroom with Pedestal Sink, Antique claw foot tub & shower
for after those long days on the mountain! Includes hair blow dryer.

The living area has a California King size bed that is heated!
Sitting area, Sony Premium Cable TV, Radio/CD player,
Wi-Fi Internet Access plus an overhead Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with Remote Control. Cel phones work in Lake Placid and
Linen & towels are provided.

RESERVATION POLICY

We ask for a major credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
A deposit of the total rent is due and payable upon making a reservation (50% deposit is due if booking is 1 year in advance.)
Plus a refundable security deposit (your first nights stay)
and a $95 dollar cleaning service fee.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 business days after you have departed the cottage, as long as everything is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. All prices are subject to change.

Your reservation is payable by Personal Check or Money order
We accept Major Credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal (Sales tax applies for New York State residents)

A two night minimum stay is required.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 12:00pm.

pets are considered for an additional fee of $35 per night
