This spacious, cozy & romantic, newly renovated Studio Cottage is 400 Sq. Ft. and sleeps 2 people very comfortably. It is very private, heated and has a stainless steal kitchenette with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, silverware, cups, bowls, saucers and everything you need.

Private bathroom with Pedestal Sink, Antique claw foot tub & shower
for after those long days on the mountain! Includes hair blow dryer.

The living area has a California King size bed that is heated!
Phillips Flat Screen Television, TIme Warner Cable TV, Radio/CD player, FREE Wi-Fi Internet Access, Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with Remote Control. Cel phones work in Lake Placid and
Linen & Towels are provided.

RESERVATION POLICY

We ask for a major credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
A deposit of the total rent is due and payable upon making a reservation (50% deposit is due if booking is 1 year in advance.)
Plus a refundable security deposit (your first nights stay)
and a $75 dollar cleaning service fee.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 business days after you have departed the cottage, as long as everything is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. All prices are subject to change.

Your reservation is payable by Personal Check or Money order
We accept Major Credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal (Sales tax applies for New York State residents)

June - GO-Cottage - Studio is FABULOUS!  We loved the decor and felt so cozy and comfortable from the moment we arrived.  We spent a training weekend in Lake Placid in preparation for Ironman, and the Studio Cottage was a perfect 'home base' for us, as well as being a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of a long training day.  It was so well equipped, and provided all of the comforts of home in a quiet and beautiful setting.  It's a perfect little get-away - but feels just like home.  We can't wait to go back!
