This beautiful 1920's 2 Bedroom Bungalow Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Adirondack State Park in the Village of Lake Placid, New York. Recently restored and renovated and located close to all the areas events and activities.

It is 1100 sq. ft. has 2 Queen bedrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 6 people with our Deluxe Aero Bed.

Beautiful bath with Pedestal sink, slate flooring and a brushed nickel Antique Claw Foot Tub and Shower. Overhead Heater, Vent with Light. Hair blow dryer included.

Living room has Philips Flat Screen TV, Audio Engine Wireless Speakers, DVD/VCR, Time Warner Premium Cable, FREE Wi-Fi Internet Access and Cell phones work in Lake Placid!

A fully equipped kitchen with Bosch Stainless Steel Dishwasher, GE microwave and dining room. There's also a full service Laundry room with GE washer and dryer. Linen & towels are provided.

RESERVATION POLICY

We ask for a major credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
A deposit of the total rent is due and payable upon making a reservation (50% deposit is due if booking is 1 year in advance.)
Plus a refundable security deposit (your first nights stay)
and a $95 dollar cleaning service fee.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 business days after you have departed the cottage, as long as everything is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. All prices are subject to change.

via Paypal (Sales tax applies for New York State residents)
