Just after a summer storm a gorgeous rainbow appeared right in front of GO-Cottage! WOW! It was spectacular! The Adirondacks and Lake Placid have the most incredible storms!

When it’s the 4th of July you know it’s Margarita time! Here’s our favorite recipe
# 2 ounces tequila made from 100 percent agave, preferably patron
# 1 ounce Cointreau
# 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
# Salt
over ice or you can also shake it and have it straight up. this recipe insures NO hang overs! perfect for a hot summer 4th of july BBQ! enjoy!!
